Our main coach Viktor Popovsky is a professional soccer player and was nominated coach of the year by the Daily News and New York Post in 2011. He is also a recipient of the Metro Award for Special Recognition for helping student teachers succeed with their educational goals. Popovsky has a B.S. in Health and Physical Education and an M.S. in Exercise Science. He currently teaches Physical Education at P.S. 321 and is an adjunct Professor at Kingsborough Community College teaching soccer classes. He also works as young talent scout for The New York Bulls. Popovsky’s philosophy incorporates the development of strong and independent youth through the love of soccer.
