Throughout this course, students will learn basic training techniques that will work to improve overall physical fitness (stamina, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility). While utilizing these techniques, students will be able to repair and strengthen the mind-body relationship. A great course for anyone looking to improve their general well-being.
