Integrated Solutions Coordinator

Salesforce/ Administrator will play a pivotal role in maintaining our CRM and information systems that drive and track progress on our initiatives. With five vibrant locations and a team of over 370 dedicated professionals, we are committed to leveraging technology to enhance our community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce/ Mastery:

  • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions within Salesforce/Traction Rec.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce/Traction Rec to align with evolving organizational needs.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows to automate business processes
  • Administer to streamline project management and task tracking across multiple departments and locations.
  • Customize boards and workflows to suit the JCC’s unique organizational structure and project requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce/Traction Rec and for optimal data flow.
  • Implement data quality best practices and conduct regular audits to uphold data integrity.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions to empower JCC/KBY staff in utilizing Salesforce/Traction Rec and effectively.
  • Provide responsive support and troubleshoot user issues, ensuring high levels of user adoption.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into organizational performance.
  • Support data-driven decision-making processes through advanced analytics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Salesforce/Traction Rec and
  • Stay informed about new features and functionalities of Salesforce/Traction Rec and and assess their applicability to enhance organizational processes.


  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Salesforce/Traction Rec Administrator and/or Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of database management, data structures, and data analysis.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a nonprofit or community center setting is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.


Full-time: Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM


$50,000.00 – 55,000.00 annually

Your foundational experience in database administration, ideally with Salesforce/Traction Rec, is complemented by a genuine interest in growing your skills in this area.
