Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our classes support every stage of your journey. Grounded in traditional yoga and presented in a modern, approachable way, our sessions cultivate body awareness, strength, balance, and lasting well-being.

 

Led by a highly experienced instructor, this healing class meets once a week. This healing-focused, slow-paced class is designed for stress relief and overall well-being. Accessible to all, it emphasizes mindful movement and gentle stretches to nurture body and mind.
