Kaitlyn McCord has been with the Kings Bay Y for over nine years, starting as an assistant counselor in 2015 and rising to division leader and after-school site supervisor in 2017. Kaitlyn has worked in several of our departments, ranging from summer camp to after-school to our Sunday programs for children with special needs. Through her experiences at the Y, Kaitlyn found her passion for working with children, especially children with special needs, and has now joined us as our Mental Health/Special Needs Coordinator. Kaitlyn received her degree in psychology and is currently pursuing a masters degree and license in Social Work.
