Carmen Doreste is a Head Counselor at Kings Bay Y. Aside from an extensive career in Federal Law Enforcement and Finance, I managed one of the largest tennis academies in the tri-state area. I’ve been involved in professional development and management of tennis players throughout the last 25 years. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Texas. I have a passion for helping others and teaching/mentoring young athletes. Core values are very important to me (respect, discipline, integrity and drive!) Both of my adult children are Professional Tennis Coaches in Arizona and New York, and were highly ranked tennis players nationally and internationally during their playing careers. I’m a very proud mom! I enjoy cooking, reading, writing, learning new languages and sports.
