Private Swim Lessons

1. All private lessons are based upon instructor availability.
2. Private lesson request forms are sent to all Kings Bay Y instructors.
3. If an instructor is available during the time you requested, the instructor will call you to arrange the lesson and explain the procedure for payment.
4. Prior to paying for a lesson, you must have the lesson date and time arranged with the instructor. (Kings Bay Y is not responsible for providing private lessons unless the customer and instructor set the lesson date and time prior to payment.)
5. Upon payment for private lessons, the customer will be provided with numbered tickets based upon the number of lessons purchased. (One lesson receives one ticket, 10 lessons receives 10 tickets.)
6. Customers can pick up tickets at the Kings Bay Y Customer Experience Center during open hours. If the lessons are scheduled after Customer Experience Center open hours, the security desk will have an envelope with tickets for the customer.
7. If paying for the lesson online, the customer must purchase the lesson the day before the scheduled lesson date, no later than 5:00pm. (This gives the Customer Experience Center enough time to prepare the tickets for the day of the lesson.)
8. Customers must give the ticket to the instructor prior to the start of the lesson.
9. NO TICKET = NO LESSON!
10. If a customer loses or forgets a ticket on the date of the lesson, they must buy one lesson online and show the receipt to the instructor. The instructor will pick up the ticket from the Customer Experience Center the next day.
