The Caregivers Program
The Caregivers Program
The Caregivers Program supports family members and friends who provide care
to older adults or individuals with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or other long term needs.
- Through personalized guidance and case management, caregivers receive assistance navigating
community resources, benefits, and services that can help ease the challenges of caregiving. - The program offers educational workshops, support groups, and counseling opportunities
designed to strengthen caregiving skills, reduce stress, and promote overall well being. - Respite services and other supportive resources help caregivers take essential breaks,
maintain their own health, and balance caregiving responsibilities with daily life. - By providing practical assistance, emotional support, and access to vital resources,
the Caregivers Program helps caregivers feel empowered, connected, and better equipped
to care for their loved ones.
