This animation foundation class launches into the world of characters, storytelling, and design. Class helps students bridge the gap between imagining a character, putting that character first on the page and then on the screen. Students will discover and learn how to use basic principles of animation and will develop a sense of timing in the animation.
This course gives the student the tools to create stories and produce their own short stop motion animation. Students will learn the ins and outs of the animation process and discover what makes a good animation.
All necessary tools and various materials will be supplied, but students are required to bring their own toys for the animation, such as lego, cars, collectible, figurines, etc.
