The Way to U.S. Citizenship
The program provides culturally and linguistically sensitive support to all Russian-speaking immigrants in our community who are in the process of applying to the USCIS for naturalization.
The program offers citizenship preparation and ESL/Civics classes. Social service support and naturalization assistance is available through the partnership with the Kings Bay Jewish Community Council.
English as a Second Language Classes (ESL)
This program is designed to help new immigrants in the community improve their English language skills. Morning and evening classes offered year-round. This program is made possible by NYC Department of Youth and Community Development. This program is made possible by Councilman Lewis Fidler.

Caregivers' Support Group Workshops
The workshops focus on various caregiver topics from the comfort of the Y.
The group provides caregivers with much needed options for receiving respite, providing education and entertainment for them and their loved ones, as well as help with social services and finding care giving resources. Meetings are every Monday from 1pm to 2:30pm.
Interest Free Loans
The Hebrew free Loan Society offers the following interest-free loans to new immigrants from the Former Soviet Union, residents of New York City, Westchester County or Long Island.
