Jewish Community Council of Kings Bay was established in 1982 as a social services and Jewish community relation organization. From its inception, JCC of Kings Bay has functioned as a central coordinating body for Jewish groups in the Sheepshead Bay, Marine Park, Madison, and Manhattan Beach areas in Brooklyn.

The Jewish Community Council of Kings Bay offers the following services and programs:

SINGLE STOP HELP CENTER
Entitlements and Benefits assistance:
-computerized benefits screening
- application assistance for public assistance , SCRIE, DRIE, food stamps, housing,
Medicaid, SSI, SSD, health care and much more
-advocacy and referral

Financial Counseling:
-Budget management, free credit report, credit and debt counseling, savings, IRS, mutual funds, and much more
-Tax assistance and referral to free local tax centers: check you eligibility for earned income tax credit; claiming for NYC-210 Tax Credit (New York School Tax Credit) and for IT-214 (Real Property Tax Credit)
